 I won my game of snakes and ladders, such a champ! JG  

Today we went for a sensory walk to the racecourse tables and made a pretend bonfire out of the sticks. We made a big pile and circled it in leaves. Christina told us campfire stories. We walked back and smashed the nature ice blocks.   

  I had a lovely girls group session and chose all the colours and pom poms for the flowers that we made. I really liked the purple popsicle stick and the pink pom poms!  KB

Just a friendly game of bowling with my friends. With a little encouragement I showed off my skills. JG  

 I really enjoy reading the big books, there was an awesome crafty one I read and we got some awesome ideas for future girls group sessions KB

  I was interested in the bubbly bowl but loved the book we read at the end of the session KB

Today in sesnsory we had a yoga session. I wasn’t feeling super keen but I sat on my mat and watched and supported my friends did the video. We did a body scan mindfulness video and I listened carefully. I was a nice time to sit down and let all the worried melt away.
